There is an e-mail list for members of the association. For those who don't know, an e-mail list consists of a group of individuals who subscribe to a common list which uses a centralized e-mail address. Any subscriber can post a message to the list by sending an e-mail message to the central address. That message is then automatically sent to every member subscribed to the list at each member's individual e-mail address. The purpose for the list is to give the members of the association a place to exchange ideas concerning collection law and to quickly disseminate information of interest concerning this area of the law. Only members of the association can post messages to the list. Here are the rules for the list: 1. To post a message to the list, send e-mail to the following address: kcaa-members@kcaa.net. Add this address to your address book for easy reference and use. 2. Any message sent to the list, of course, is sent to every member subscribed to the list. If you respond to a message to the list, your response will be sent to the entire list unless you take steps to restrict it to just the sender. 3. If you merely want to respond to the sender, make sure you address your message to just the sender. Otherwise, it will be broadcast to the entire list. 4. This is an un-moderated list. That means that no one is intercepting or screening messages before they are sent to every member of the list. The purpose of the list is to allow the free flow of information. Use good taste and good judgment when posting a message to the list, but otherwise let us know what’s on your mind. 5. To communicate with the list owner, send an e-mail message to the following address: info@kcaa.net. 6. This list is not archived. That means that messages sent to the list are not saved in a central location. It will be up to you to save messages that you receive from the list and that you send to the list. If you would like more information about the list, contact info@kcaa.net Thank
you.
