interest and costs.
2. That either execution or garnishment has been issued in
this matter and has been
returned unsatisfied in whole or in
part, or the plaintiff is
without sufficient knowledge of the
debtor's assets to cause
an execution be issued.
3. The judgment debtor resides outside this county, but has
submitted to the jurisdiction
and venue of this Court, and that
requiring said judgment
debtor to appear before this Court for
such examination will not
cause undue hardship to said judgment
debtor.
